Questions
Before you order
Does water sit in the wood?
No. Water runs through a pipe inside the wood tower and pours from the spout. The timber stays dry inside, and the baths have stainless steel inner tubs.
Will it work with my chiller?
Yes. Every spout ships with a 1" × ½" fitting for chiller hoses with ½" female ends. Run the chiller's return line into the spout and it pours the chilled water back into the bath.
Do I need a plumber?
No. Click a garden hose onto the connector, or screw on your chiller hose. Flow is set at the tap or the chiller.
Which connection do I need?
If your supply pipe comes up through the floor, choose Model A (underground). If a hose or pipe runs along the ground, choose Model B (above ground).
Can it stand outside?
Yes. It is solid wood, built for tropical sun and monsoon rain. Oil-stain it once a year to protect it from the weather.
How is it shipped?
The spout ships by courier in its own crate. Baths and chillers go by freight. We quote delivery to your door before you pay, and import duty and local taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival.
Will it fit my bath?
The underside of the spout is 84 cm (33 in) above the floor, which clears bath rims up to 80 cm (31 in). Send us your bath height if it is taller.
Can I get it in another colour?
Three finishes are standard: natural teak, red cedar and natural dark wood. Trade buyers can ask about others.

Ice baths
Do I need a chiller?
No. Fill it with cold water and ice. A chiller holds a set temperature every day and saves buying ice.
The bath will be in full sun. Which chiller?
Choose one size up from the chiller we specify. Our sizing assumes shade outdoors.
304 or 316 stainless steel?
304 suits most homes. Choose 316 by the sea, beside a chlorinated pool, or for commercial use.
What temperature should it be?
Most people plunge at 3–10 °C (37–50 °F). Beginners often start at 12–15 °C (54–59 °F).
Can I get a different size?
Yes. Ask for a custom size and we quote it.

How cold does the chiller get?
Down to 0 °C (32 °F). Most people plunge between 3 and 10 °C (37–50 °F).
Can it heat as well?
Yes, up to 42 °C (108 °F), so one bath can run cold in the morning and warm at night.
Does a chiller work with any bath?
Yes. Run one hose from the bath to the chiller and return the other to the bath or through the spout, which hides it.
Can the chiller stand outside?
Yes, under cover and out of direct rain and sun, with 50 cm (20 in) of space around it.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. Set the temperature and schedule it with the Tuya app on iOS or Android.
